No he tenido mucho tiempo para buscar datos sobre si realmente es cosa del EFI o no, si esta tarde dispongo de tiempo te busco info.

EDITO: Umm, postee tarde. De todos modos, normalmente el parted si detecta EFI, a no ser que sea problema de nueva versión. Prueba a particionar con parted.
