Here is your solution peoples!!
If you are running windows Vista or windows 7 do the following steps;
First Download the installer from the media go website
http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/pro ... e=download
Save it to disk Run the Media Go setup when you see the error; do not do anything else; just leave the error message up. Do NOT press OK yet.
While the program is still running and sitting at the error message Navigate to your App Data Folder; it's usually
C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\Temp
(Username being the name of the user you are currently logged into)
In there is a media go installer folder.... install both the network downloader and the playstation store manually from there... after they successfully install; you should be able to click OK on the error message close everything out and reinstall media go.
