No me arranca linus.Cannot mount select partition...

Buenas. Resulta que he tenido que reinstalar Ubuntu porque con 1 semana que estado con el, me cargue "una cosilla" y al no saberlo reparar pues toco hacer lilmpieza. Ya de camino decidi por hacerme una particion /home puesto que en mi primera vez no la hice. Resulta que una vez todo ya instalado, al inicializarce el grub, eligo que me arranque Ubuntu y me da el error: Cannot mount select partition.

He probado repararlo con el Super Grub Disk y no me lo arregla. Eso si... inicializarlo si que lo hace.

Asi que os pido ayuda a vosotros que sois los putos amos de este mundillo, que me digais como puedo repararlo y asi aprendo para otra vez. Esto es lo que me da el fdisk -l:
