Me han ofrecido tres puestos distintos para hacer practicas en un famoso banco mundial en Londres o Glasgow durante seis meses, el caso es que no he entendido muy bien los puestos, me han enviado los pdfs y sigo sin entenderlos...
Son los siguientes:
- Trading Assistant
Responsible for providing support to traders by processing trades, maintaining position records,
and preparing reports and analyses. In addition, assisting with the booking trade splits into front
office systems and setting up clients to trade electronically
Key Responsibilities
There are number of roles with the Front and Middle Office of the bank. Exact responsibilities will
depend upon the teams. These will include:
Assisting the desk in trade capture, trading activity reporting and P&L and risk calculations
Advises traders and operations staff of any position adjustments or discrepancies
Collection and review of trade sheets and tickets
Processing customer trades
Checking the accuracy of the days processed trades versus the traders’ slate
Assisting in managing the cash position of the desk
Assisting with maintenance of market data in trader systems
Assisting with intra day and ad-hoc risk reporting
Liaising with Madrid and London Middle / back office and the UK asset managers for smooth
confirmation and settlement of bonds
Liaising with Madrid account creation team and the UK asset managers to set up new clients
and sub funds on a continuous basis
Maintenance of a database of all client details for efficient trade confirmation and settlement
Assist with the booking trade splits into front office systems and setting up clients to trade
electronically
- Liquidity Analyst
Internship’s Main Objective
Assisting in the completion of Individual Liquidity Adequacy Assessment (ILAA) for el banco
Intern’s Main Tasks/Responsibilities
Helping to perform all tasks relevant to completion of the ILAA including:
• Pulling documentation together
• Participation in, and documentation of business level workshops
• Preparation of analysis to support liquidity stress assumptions
• Participation in meetings with Regulators
• Participation in briefings to management
- Divisional Commercial Manager Assistant
Internship’s Main Objective
To provide support to the North Branch network by working closely with our Performance Director &
Divisional team to drive key initiatives
Intern’s Main Tasks/Responsibilities
Working closely with the divisional team, the intern will provide support to the branch network. This will
include tasks such as:
à Analysis of MI
à Working with Performance Director to drive PBA performance
à Identifying enablers to improve performance in key product lines & close branch level gaps
à Drive activities to improve performance in sales activity measures
à Work with Savings High Priority branches to reduce leakage/increase new money flows
El unico que he entendido este ultimo por lo que me lo ha explicado la entrevistadora que consiste ne ir viajando con el manager viendo oportunidades por Escocia de abrir nuevas oficinas, etc...
