Mirando por la red he encontrado ésto:

1. Start your DSi and wait until the Battery is Empty. (Having an empty Battery lowers the time to boot up. The Ds got two internal flash memorys that are both damaged when you have this error. With the low Battery the resetted one gets loaded while the other can't in the same speed)

2. Remove the Bolts and extract the Battery for around 1.5 hours.Why we did this? All the Electricity needs to be out of the System to make sure it's only getting the Bootup Information from the Chip that got resetted and not from the other, if the other one could send it's information, we would still have the Error.

3. Reinstall your Battery.

4. You need to be fast now: Insert your Flashcard, and start your DSi.Start the Application you used the last time, before the Error appeared and close it legitly. In case off the SuperCard DSTWO SNES Emulator, just press the Exit Button. Other Flashcards like the R4i need to be soft resetted to the flashcard's menu, and need to boot up some game's rom.

5. -Not Necessary but just feels a little more safe- Format your NDSi.

6. Charge your Battery and enjoy playing your NDSi Systems again.

- Usually changing battery will fix this problem for best results follow the steps abo

gracias, eso ya lo habia echo, pero no consigo nada, o no lo hago bien, o no ha manera
he leido gente que dice, haciendo un reset, pulsando todos los botones, otros dicen haciendo un puente en los pines de la bateria, todo, lo he echo todo, y no consigo nada
al parecer esta forma qeu dices es la mas comun y mas efectiva, pero algo falla, a lo mejor es que tengo qeu dejar la maquina mucho mas tiempo con la bateria quitada, hay gente que dice que tarda cuatro dias en aparecerle el menu

No he abierto una DSI, pero en las lite, la BIOS está en un módulo que hay pegado. Igual puedes encontrar ese módulo (en caso de existir) en alguna tienda de segunda mano y cambiarlo.

Igual es una tontería, y simplemente con apretarlo se arregla. Eso si, tendrías que abrir la consola para ver que ha pasado.

Me pasaba lo mismo. Lo que hice fue dejar presionado el boton power hasta que se apagara, y luego de varios minutos intentaba encenderla de nuevo con un juego original en el slot, cuando por fin encendia sin el error entonces trate de cambiar la fecha y se colgo al entrar en las opciones no hubo mas remedio que volver a apagarla, al encender nuevamente lo mismo, y lo que hice fue repetir los pasos hasta que me dejo cambiar la fecha.

Luego de poder cambiar la fecha, ya podia apagar y volver a encender la consola sin que me saliera el error, pero si la dejaba encendida por mucho tiempo sucedia lo mismo, cosa que me parecia extraña. Decidi formatearla pero no se completaba el formateo de forma correcta, tuve que empezar desde cero pero esta vez cuando pude cambiar la fecha, apagar la consola y encenderla sin que apareciera el error, la he formateado inmediatamente. Por precaucion no la usaba por muchas horas hasta que me olvide del problema y la uso hasta 15 seguidas sin problemas.

Fuera de bromas, intenta lo del compañero de arriba, quitale la batería y vuelvesela a poner, trasteala un poco, es dificil que empeore la cosa.
