Es decir ¿que tienes la version CRIMSON ADRENALIN que es la ultima version del controlador crimson?, sino es asi deberioas hacerlo porquer ha mejiorado mucho y a agregado varias funciones. Pero antes usa el software DDU para desde el modo a prueba de falklos de windows borrar el controlador crimson que ya tengas, reinicias la PC y dejas entrar a windows en el modo normal e instalas CRIMSON ADRENALIN.
Tambien revisa las opciones de tu monitor en cuanto al tema de freesync, ve si tienes activado Vsync en las opciones del juego.
