Problemas al apagar mediante SSH equipo con OMV (Debian)

Buenas:

He pasado el servidor de casa de Ubuntu server a OpenMediaVault una distro basada en Debian orientada hacia NAS.

El tema es que cuando intento apagar el server mediante SSH y la consola con la instruccion shutdown -h now, el servidor se apaga pero al momento vuelve a encenderse. Si vuelvo a conectarme mediante SSH y repito el comando entonces si se apaga de forma definitiva. He probado usar -P con el comando shutdown, tambien forzar acpi como he visto en algun post pero el problema persiste.

Si empleo la pagina web de gestion y lo apago desde alli se apaga a la primera }:/ Ya no se que mas mirar.

Se que es poweroff es un alias de shutdown -h now, de todas formas prueba, y además mira el syslog o el kern.log y revisa que envía y que realiza en el apagado a ver que puede ser, si quieres pon aqui los logs para ver si podemos ayudarte más. Y además revisa si puedes que comando ejecuta la pagína de gestión para saber que comando usa, e intentar tu reproducirlo por ssh a ver si funciona correctamente.

Desde que se apaga hasta que vuelve a encender pasa casi minuto y medio, fallo del RTC o de verdad tarda minuto y medio desde que se desconecta hasta que vuelve a encender??
Buenas:

Si, puede ser que tarde minuto y medio en encender. Usa un disco mecánico y entre la Bios y el Grub pierde bastante tiempo. El tema es que usando la opción -P del comando Shutdown debería ser la solución pero sigue reiniciándose.

Si tienes acceso al código del sistema via web, revisa que comando ejecuta al clickar en apagar, para saber que es lo que hace exactamente cuando se apaga via web ya que se apaga correctamente.
Prueba a desactivar el wake on lan desde la bios o a apagar el router para ver si el problema esta relacionado. O desconecta desde la bios config- usb - always on usb para descartar.
