Que tienen esos programas de libre?
Motores de audio creo que estan festival y espeak, luego tienes un montón de front-ends para estos programas, incluso para integrarlos con el entorno del escritorio.
Veo que usas arch, busca con speech, que te saldrán un montón de programas a usar.
