Creo que estás mezclando 2 niveles, de lo contrario igual es que tarda en actualizar.
Nivel de la season y el nivel global. Lo explican en el FAQ.
Seasonal Tiers
What are Seasonal Tiers?
Every season, you have the opportunity to advance through five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. These tiers are reached by accruing XP within a single season. When a new season starts, your Seasonal Tier XP will reset to zero.
How much XP do I need to get to move tiers?
Bronze: 275 XP
Silver: 1,000 XP
Gold: 3,000 XP
Platinum: 10,000 XP
Diamond: 15,000 XP
Note: XP requirements for tiers may change seasonally.
How long are seasons?
Xbox Ambassador Seasons span a three-month period, totaling four seasons per year:
January 1st - March 31st
April 1st - June 30th
July 1st - September 30th
October 1st - December 31st
XP
What is XP?
XP refers to "Experience Points" gained by completing Missions. XP applies to both Seasonal Tier and Xbox Ambassador Level progressions. Ambassadors reach new Seasonal Tiers and Lifetime Levels as they hit various XP thresholds, unlocking access to new Missions, rewards, and more!
How does XP carry over?
At the start of every season, Seasonal Tier XP is reset to zero. However, an Ambassador's Lifetime XP will continue to grow so long as they are actively doing Missions. As an Ambassador accumulates XP throughout the seasons, their Lifetime XP will increase and never be reset.
What are XP modifiers?
As you level-up as an Xbox Ambassador, your profile will be given an XP modifier which increases the overall XP you gain from a Mission. To make sure there is no confusion, we’ll do the math for you! The full XP value (base XP + modifier value) is displayed on a Mission card for a quick and easy glance.
