a mi me paso algo parecido con un codigo de maximuscards y por mail contacte con ellos y me dijeron que hablara con sony mediante su web, eso si, al ser la web sony de ee.uu pues todo a base de tirar del traductor del google xd
les dije eso, que habia comprado un codigo y que salia como usado, les adjunte la factura de maximiscards asi como toda la conversacion mediante mail con ellos (que no fue corta precisamente...) y ellos vieron que efectivamente ese codigo habia salido defectuoso, sony misma se puso en contacto con maximuscard y este me dio la opcion de reintegro del dinero o darme otro codigo y todo solucionado, eso si... Una semana de mails...
Te adjunto lo importante de la conversacion, metele en el traductor de google y ya xd
