Acabo de recibir un mail titulado:
"Case ID XXXXXXXXX - Notice of Claimed Infringement"
Resumiendo, me dice que se ha infringido desde mi IP derechos de autor, etc, etc, por compartir via P2p una plicula de sony,etc, etc.
El final reza asi:

We have received information that an individual has utilized the below-referenced IP address at the noted date and time to offer downloads of the above-mentioned work through a "peer-to-peer" service.
The attached documentation specifies the location on your network where the infringement occurred, the number of repeat violations recorded at this specific location, as well as any available identifying information.
Since you own this IP address, I request that you immediately do the following:
1) Disable access to the individual who has engaged in the conduct described above; and
2) Terminate any and all accounts that this individual has through you.
I, the undersigned, swear under penalty of perjury that the information in this Notice is accurate and that I am the owner or an agent authorized to act on behalf of the owners of certain intellectual property rights, said owner being SPEA (“IP Owners”). Parece que va mas dirigida a un ISP que a un usuario final, aunque veo que no es un reenvio de mi ISP. Ya que esto es una empresa, con ip fija puede que haya llegado directamente.
En principio no estoy muy preocupado, buscando por internet, he visto que parece ser que los IPS's reciben cientos de mails de estos, y que como mucho te pueden suspender la cuenta si reciben muchos de un mismo usuario.
En principio iba a contestar diciendo que buscaremos y quemaremos en la hogera al usuario que lo descargo, y que activaré un estricto filtro de contenidos en el firewall, aunque estoy por pasar de todo y no contestar. Lo del filtro anti p2p en el firewall si que lo voy a hacer. Por si acaso, no vaya a ser que la cosa llegue a oidos mas "sensibilizados"...
¿que opinais? ¿contesto, o paso?
Edito, creo que paso de desinstalar el vuze. ¿bastaria para evitar mas avisos, activar lo de cifrado en el azureus? ¿baja igual?, ¿solo coge fuentes de otros clientes cifrados?
