He estado navegando por ahi viendo el tema de los reproductores divx, y me he enteredo de lo siguiente, y me he dado con las muelas en la mesa del dolor de barriga que me ha entrado, en resumen que en tema de programacion ps2 esta un poquillo anticuada, no se si por lo tarde que se pone a programar la gente, o por lo tarde que salen las herramientas.
Pues la noticia que he visto, no dudo que haya ya alguien quien se ha enterado antes que yo, pero esto es lo que hay, ya han sacado desdeno hace mucho:
Tue Jun 4 2002 01:12:15 Hong Kong Time, salida de esta noticia, un reprodutor divx para XBox, no sabeis el cabreo que me ha entrado, lo que no entiendo es pq sony no ha puesto windows ce como sistema operativo, si lo hubiera hecho ya estariamos viendo peliculas en Divx.

Yes you heard right. DIVX players were known to be in the works when suddenly an early version appeared, written by d7o3g4q from the Xboxhacker.net BBS. The first version was not bootable on our Xbox but we got an updated version this morning and this one boots fine on our Xtender chipped Xbox.
The player is not yet finished, but it shows that the Xbox is perfectly capable of playing back DIVX movies and that full-feature DIVX players will be out very soon. The current limitations are no sound, the video runs too fast, and is garbled after looping.

On a side note, many people are not aware of the fact they can use the Enigmah Video Mode Selector Disk (click here - 1.6MBytes) to change the video system of your Xbox between PAL and NTSC!
