Roms de 64 k rulan en la GC

Durante más de dos décadas, la pasión por exprimir al máximo el potencial de las videoconsolas ha sido una parte fundamental de EOL. Sin embargo, la masificación del juego en línea (que impide la modificación de la consola para otros usos) y la proliferación de multitud de dispositivos como portátiles de uso general y media centers han ido relegando la scene a un papel más secundario.

En este contexto y, tras ser advertidos de que el contenido de numerosos hilos del foro podría infringir los derechos de propiedad intelectual o industrial de terceros y analizar con nuestro servicio jurídico la situación, hemos decidido cerrar el foro. En consecuencia, tampoco se podrán volver a tratar los contenidos de este foro en otros foros de temática general.
e pensado k podriamos poner aki las roms de 64 k rulan en la GC para no tener que probar todos todas. yo x aora e obtenido lo sigiente:

- StarFox 64 --> Perfecto
- Super Smash Bros. --> Sin sonido y fayos graficos graves
- Golden Eye --> NO RULA
- Star Wars Racer --> NO RULA
- F-Zero X --> NO RULA

y estoy probando mas...todos los k no rulan les pasa lo mismo. al acabar de k ponga reading disc(con la imagen del zelda) se kda parao. si algien sabe kmo rular en f zero X o lo a rulao k m diga kmo xq estoy ansioso x jugar [buuuaaaa]
Ya puse yo en su dia en un hilo los juegos que iban de momento con el OTT de Zelda....

Ahora que dicen que ha salido el Paradox N64 Server 1.3 Beta (que yo no le veo por ningun lado) me imagino que mas funcionaran mas ROMS, ya que utliliza el nuevo n64emu.gcm que viene con el juego Zelda de "colecconista".

Yo de momento he probado estos:

Mario 64 - OK
Mario Kart 64 - OK
Mario Party 3 - OK
Exicte Bike 64 - NO

Y estos son los que vienen el archivo *.nfo del Gc N64 Server 1.0, que supuestamente funcionan perfectos:

Banjo Kazooie - freeze at end of zelda rom loading screen
Banjo Tooie - freeze at end of zelda rom loading screen
Bomberman 64 - does not make it past pso connection
Conker's Bad Fur Day - GC N64 Server will not load it, rom probably too big
Diddy Kong Racing - makes noise after zelda loading screen, then crashes
Excitebike 64 - freeze at end of zelda rom loading screen
Extreme-G - freeze at end of zelda rom loading screen
Extreme-G XG2 - freeze at end of zelda rom loading screen
F-Zero X - freeze at end of zelda rom loading screen
Goldeneye - freeze at end of zelda rom loading screen
Legend of Zelda Majora's Mask - freeze at end of zelda rom loading screen
Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time - plays (obviously) but actually got a white screen freeze after going to Hyalia(sp?)
Mario Golf - freeze at end of zelda rom loading screen
Mario Tennis - freeze at end of zelda rom loading screen
Mischief Makers - video freeze at end of zelda rom loading screen, but audio works for title music
Mortal Kombat Trilogy - freeze at end of zelda rom loading screen
NBA Jam 99 - freeze at end of zelda rom loading screen
NBA Jam 2000 - freeze at end of zelda rom loading screen
Perfect Dark - freeze at end of zelda rom loading screen
Rampage - freeze at end of zelda rom loading screen
Rampage 2 - freeze at end of zelda rom loading screen
San Francisco Rush 2049 - black screen freeze after Zelda sceen
Shadow Man - freeze at end of zelda rom loading screen
Super Smash Bros - game loads, but no sound, can't see players on screen
Turok - freeze at end of zelda rom loading screen
Turok 2 - freeze at end of zelda rom loading screen
Wave Race - works fine
blues brothers 2000 works perfectly
starfox 64 & Bomberman Hero works perfectly as well.

kmo veis casi ninguno funciona wien...si algien sabe d donde se puede bajar la version 1.3 beta del n64 server k lo diga plis, y a mi el mario usa si k m va wien :Ð enga un saludo [fumeta]

| Hi ppl, this is a slightly modified version of the 'GC Disc Server' |
| which can be used to play N64 roms on the Gamecube. |
| This tool includes the dol file from the Animal Crossing Loader v1.3 |
| release by Aftermath, as well as psul v1.1 by Titanik. |

| Due to the problems that some ppl had with dlls for 'GC Disc Server' |
| the required dlls should be able to be found at the same place you got |
| this release, they are in the file 'pdx-dlls.zip'. Extract this file |
| to your windows/system32 dir. They will then be able to be used by |
| this tool and 'GC Disc Server'. |

| This makes use of the N64 emulator found in the Zelda release for |
| Gamecube. Jurai showed that this emulator could be used to play games |
| other than zelda by releasing a patched version that runs mario kart. |
| Rather than having to repatch an image each time you want to play a |
| different N64 game, you can use this 'N64 Server' tool to play them. |
| |
| Roms should be unpacked before attempting to run them with this tool, |
| however the 'endian' of the roms doesnt seem to matter. |
| |
| The emulator contains some game names which it seems it should support.|
| Some other games may work, but i dont know how many others, so give it |
| a go and find out for yourself! The 'supported' games are: |
| |
| NEW: seems that a lot of these games dont really work either... |
| oh well, maybe someone could start a page with n64 rom compatibility |
| with this emu similar to the GC game compatibility with the ACL. |

| future versions of this n64 server |

| To run these games, unzip the contents of this zip to a directory, |
| run the exe file and select your n64 rom. Now just press 'Run Rom'. |
| This tool should be used exactly the same as the GC Disc Server with |
| respect to settings etc. A GC, BBA and PSO is required to run this! |

| NOTE: if at first this doesnt work, please try different delay and |
| frequency values before complaining. If i personally use a delay and |
| frequency of 0, my system seems to lock up and i get no packets sent |
| and none dropped! (i get the same result using the animal crossing |
| loader v1.2 console version). It i change to a delay of 10 and a |
| frequency of 16 i get some packets sent and some dropped, but it often |
| still ends up crashing. Using a delay of 20 and a frequency of 16 |
| seems to work fine for all games ive tried so far however. |
