Okay, here's the story on the NHL 2002 XBOX RIP that everyone is griping about.
After the fake HALO being released (which I think was confirmed to be PS2 version
of Starwars Starfighter) everyone was skeptical about any other "rumors" about xbox rips.
We were presented with a person who said they had NHL 2002 xbox ripped. I think theres
nothing wrong with saying we would spread it around if its legit, I guess the bad thing
was the rumor got around and everything went crazy. Just like HALo. But unlike that
other channel that served Halo, we weren't sending anything without confirming it working.
And thats what we did, confirmed it was NHL 2002 ISO for PC.
Anyways, this is a lesson to be learned, releases should stay quiet ATLEAST until someone
with an xbox can pop in the disk and play the game. *THEN* release.
We've included a log of the conversation after we figured all this out, and confronted
serve dump, the person who says they have the xbox rip.
We've also included his whois info so other channels get this fool trying to fake another
release (which I have a feeling will happen) you can just cross reference with this info
to see if he's from the same area/isp.
Quick side note, I apologize for my swearing below in the log, I was.. well quite pissed haha.
He had been cursing and trying to boss people around since he started, but I guess people took
it because they wanted xbox games, so I thought I'd give him some of his own medicine.
