With DVD-X you can now play all region DVD movies using any type of DVD Dongle on your XBOX. Simply boot the disc and everything is done automatically. This needs to be done only once. DVD-X is compatible with both PAL and NTSC dongles at the same time.

Pues por lo visto si. Con un solo kit, todas las regiones. Por lo visto parchea el dashboard con lo cual es obligatorio sacarse un backup. Tambien hay aviso de flickering entre pal y ntsc, pero arreglable con el Enigmah Video Select Disc.
