The PS3 ONLY has two Nand flash chips this is a FACT. They are made by Samsung and the model numbers are K9F1G080UGA.
There is also a Samsung K4Y50164UC-JCB3 which is on the BlueRay Board which is a ram chip but I doubt you've been able to dump its memory.
There are no flash drives in the PS3.
The hypervisor is given one of the 8 Sim Processors (SPU's) and another one is turned off with no use making 6 usable SPU's . So you can't be seeing 2 Hypervisors as its a single SPU and not a flash drive (whatever a flashdrive is?)
If this is real then what you might be seeing is different parts of memory and thinking that those are flash sections?.
E.g. Bootloader Flash, the two Partioned Disk's, and some other part (maybe the Samsung K4Y50164UC-JCB3 hence the eject stops working but I doubt it).
