Hi,
As of today, in the past week or so, we have had hundred's of requests
for orders to be replaced that were shipped on the 13th of July. Up
until the end of June, we have only had a handful of parcels go missing
in the postal system. Therefore, there must be a delay across the board,
and we can only hope these orders arrive shortly.
We have been in communication with our freight forwarder, Deutsche Post,
and we have agreed it would be best to wait 90 calendar days until
replacing any unreceived parcels. Its unfortunate we have to wait for
this amount of time, and sincerely apologise.
Please contact us on the 12th of October if your order has not arrived.
Please be aware we are only able to re ship orders once.
We apologise for any confusion by previous emails being sent stating we
had replaced your parcel, as this is the first time we are dealing with
such a wide spread problem.
If you wish to contact Global Mail direct, please do so via this
address,
michael.oates@dhl.com and Michael will confirm all orders were
received in the Sydney Mail exchange, that left DVDCrave on the 12th.
Its unfortunate we are not able to replace genuinely missing parcels.
However, we feel some people may be taking advantage of this situation,
due to forum threads, and other means of online communication.
