~ From best selling fantasy author Darren Reid (Lords of Darkness and Shadow/The Sword of Oz) comes a new MMO adventure, The Broken Kingdoms, based upon his forth coming epic fantasy novel The Half Broken Crown. This brand new game will combine classic point and click gameplay with MMO elements which will allow players to communicate and work together to solve puzzles and complete quests. The game is due to launch in June 2007 with the the main game being FREE to play with additional episodes available from $2.50-$5.00.

In The Broken Kingdoms players journey into a ruined and broken world full of crumbling civilzations and ruined cities. Throughout the world lie the lost histories which must be collected through a series of mind taxing puzzles. This game is not about combat and players cannot die. Instead they must cooperate to solve puzzles and reach their goals. The main adventure (which launches with the game in June) is a complete, self contained gaming experience but for those who wish to adventure more and embark upon new quests additional episodes of the game are being developed which will go live throughout the year.

The Broken Kingdom requires no purchase and is playable through the web browser on your PC and Mac with specialized versions developed for Wii, PS3, PSP and DS.
