1. Delivery Costs

ALL DELIVERIES TO THE UK MAINLAND ARE FREE!*

*For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man or the Highlands/Islands of Scotland, delivery charges are automatically calculated. For orders weighing up to 2kg, recorded delivery is used. For orders above 2kg, delivery is by courier.


2. UK Mainland Delivery Times

Orders placed before 1pm (13:00) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm may not be dispatched until the following day.

Please allow 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for delivery from date of dispatch depending on which delivery service you have selected.

If you are in the UK and have not received your item within 3 working days of completion of your order, you must notify us on the 4th working day so we can resolve the delay for you.


3. International Deliveries

For international orders weighing below 2kg (4.4lbs) delivery is by Recorded International Airmail.

For orders weighing more than 2kg delivery is by International Courier.

Please note that all customers outside of the EU may have to pay local import duties/sales taxes on the value of their order.


4. International Delivery Times

Orders sent via International Recorded Airmail take between 3-7 working days to arrive.

Orders sent via International Courier take between 2-7 days to arrive.

If you are an international customer and you have not received your order after 8 working days, please contact us so we can resolve the delay for you.

Please note: Even though international orders generally take 2-7 days they can take upto 28 days to arrive. Until 28 days have passed we cannot reship orders unless we know for certain that they are lost, stolen or damaged.


5. Additional Delivery Details

All our deliveries require a signature for proof of receipt of goods. If a signature is obtained from any person other than the named customer at the specified delivery address, the named customer is still responsible for the item and any charges associated with it.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the packaging of your goods is checked BEFORE signing the delivery note. If you have received a package that is damaged, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you sign the delivery note as "damaged". You must then notify us of the damage within 24 hours of receipt. We will then arrange to collect and replace your item within the usual timescales as indicated in the terms of delivery. We CANNOT accept claims for damaged goods if the courier has obtained a clean signature.

Delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. CheapUKSupplements shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver within estimated timescales.

If the courier has attempted to deliver your item and has left a card you must contact the courier direct. If we have had an item returned back to us due to non-communication on your part, you will be responsible for additional delivery costs.


6. Returns/Replacements/Cancellations

You have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on the web site for a full refund within seven days after receipt. However, you must take reasonable care of the item/s and must not open them. You will be responsible for the delivery costs both to and from your address. To cancel your order you must advise us by email or in writing.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, you must notify us within seven days of receipt, we will then arrange to collect and replace the item within the usual timescales as indicated in the terms of delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: CheapUKSupplments will only accept the return of opened items if they are deemed to be faulty by the manufacturer of the item.

All items must be returned in their original packaging. Our couriers will not collect unpackaged items.

CheapUKSupplements is not responsible for the claims made in the manufacturers information provided.

CheapUKSupplements may deduct delivery charges from any refund.

Es que encima que lo pone como país, no es cuestión de que sea parte de España, es que pone "EU orders", o sea Pedidos de la Unión Europea, o sea que no hay excusa

Reclama. Yo lo que leo es que si has pedido más de 200 libras te tienen que dar gratis el envío.

El archipiélago Canario es tan territorio Español como Madrid o Las Baleares..... y por lo tanto Europeo 100%...

Otra cosa es que geográficamente este en África, pero políticamente (que de eso se trata, burocracia) es tan española como cualquier otra comunidad.

Canarias es territorio ultraperiférico, y para cosas como los envíos postales no entra en las tarifas estándar de la UE, en cambio Baleares sí.
