pues acabo de ver este chip en una web donde lo venden, y queria preguntaros si alguno lo tiene, y que tal puede ser, parece ser que carga dvdr, import,psx,ps2.osea de todo un poco.
Installation Instructions
1) Disassemble the PlayStation2 console and take out the top metal flake from the PC board.
2) Solder all 5 wires (black, red, orange, yellow and white) on the PCB (see Diagram 1.1 to 1.4)
3) Use the tape to fix the 5 pin cable on the PC board to avoid any cable shortcut during further installation
4) Remove the PlayStation2 flat cable from its socket (see Diagram 1.3) and insert the X-Key's P1 flat cable into the PS2 flat cable socket (printed words of the cable will face to the bottom, see Diagram 2.1)
5) Insert the PS2 flat cable into the P2 socket on the X-Key (printed words of the cable will face to the bottom, see Diagram 2.1)
6) Insert the soldered 5 pin cable into the P4 socket of the X-Key (Diagram 2.2)
7) Use the enclosed tape to stick and stabilize the X-Key
8) Assemble the PlayStation2 console
Testing
Turn on the PlayStation2 power (into standby mode), then press and hold the PlayStation2 "Reset" button until the blue light vanished. Upon successful installation the PlayStation2 DVD tray will move out and back automatically.
Operation
1. Install Neo 2.5 DVD-KEY into PS2. (Please refer to diagram)
2. Turn PS2 power on, the Reset button goes on with red light.
3. Press and holding Reset button, the reset and eject light will appear in 5 different indications, you will see
that the indications will show its related feature accordingly one by one as picture below.
Note:
1. The N/A mode means nothing but an ending.
2. You can press Reset switch again to go back to Standby Mode when N/A mode it is existed.
3. PS2 DVD Backup Mode is only available for the DVD version X-Key!.
4. To play the PS2 Originals:
- Press Eject button and tray will move out, insert original game then.
- Press Reset to get back the tray , PS2 will then go to Standby mode - Reset light comes on red.
- Press and holding Reset button until the PS2 goes into Original Mode, then release Reset button.
- Game will then be getting start with loading for operation.
5. To play PSX Backups.
- Press Eject button and tray will move out, insert backup CD into tray then.
- Press Reset to get back the tray , PS2 will then go to Standby mode - Reset light comes on red.
- Press and holding Reset button until the PS2 goes into PSX CD Backup Mode, then release Reset button.
- Game will then be getting start with loading for operation.
6. To play PS2 CD Backups by Mode 1.
- Press Eject button and tray will move out, insert AR2 (GS2) disc1 of v1.71 or v1.91 into tray.
- Press Reset to get back the tray , PS2 will then go to Standby mode - Reset light comes on red.
- Press and holding Reset button until the PS2 goes into PS2 CD Backup Mode 1, then release Reset button.
- For a while, AR2(GS2) Main Menu will be existed on monitor, and that the tray will comes out automatically.
- Swap PS2 CD Backups in place of AR2 (GS2) disc1, the tray will then go back automatically.
- Press "START GAME", "WITHOUT CODE", and then press the "X" button of joypad. The game will be getting
start.
7. To play PS2 CD Backups by Mode 2 :
- In case any PS2 CD Backups do not work in Mode 1.
- Then please get in step with Mode 2 for booting.
- The rest operation of Mode 2 is the same as Mode 1 except the releasing until PS2 CD Backup Mode2 lights
on.
8. To play PS2 DVD Backups: (ONLY FOR THE DVD VERSION X-KEY!!!)
- Press Eject button and tray will move out, insert AR2 (GS2) disc1 of v1.71 or v1.91 into tray.
- Press Reset to get back the tray , PS2 will then go to Standby mode - Reset light comes on red.
- Press and holding Reset button until the PS2 goes into PS2 DVD Backup Mode, then release Reset button.
- For a while, AR2(GS2) Main Menu will be existed on monitor, and that the tray will comes out automatically.
- Next swap PS2 DVD Originals (ex. DOA2) in place of AR2 (GS2) disc1, the tray will go back automatically.
- At that time, Reset button light will become on red, meantime, the joypad operation will be interrupted for
about for 5 sec. after then, the Reset button will be flashing in green color.
- Press "START GAME", "WITHOUT CODE", the tray will move out automatically again.
- Further swap PS2 DVD Backups in place of PS2 Originals (ex. DOA 2), after that the tray will move back
again automatically.
- Press "X" button of joypad to get start the operation of the backups by then.
REMARKS:
- When you play DVD backups, the capacity of your PS2 DVD originals has to be higher and bigger than PS2
DVD backups.
- For example; the DOA2 backup (4.37 GB) does not work by swap with PS2 original GT3 (2.36 GB), but you
can play Biohazard code: Veronica backup (1.74 GB) with GT3 original (2.36 GB).
