Fixed/added/changed's from our last release

The reason for the READ.NFO this time are as follows:

1: Some siteops/nukers talk shit about our releases not
working as they should. These people should start reading
and see that the reason for it to not load is user error.
This is the only thing we can not control, and blaming
us for misstakes done by the user is just dumb!
If you have problems with the build, delete the xbmc savegame
from msdash or delete e:\tdata\0face008

2: Big changes in xboxmediacenter.xml as all network configs
are done from the GUI. Double check so you update the xml
to it´s current state.

3: Only use the skin included with this release or the version
from Chokemaniacs site. ( http://www.chokemaniac.net )
Other skins or old skins will couse problems.

4: Once more we include two mplayer.dlls. One is pre4 and can
be found compiled in the cvs. The other is pre5 and is compiled
by us from the mplayer source and named mplayerpre5.dll
Rename to mplayer.dll if you want to use it rather then the
