XBMP 2.4 cvs compile xbins 8-9-03
>> We stopped publishing updates of xbins CVS compiled versions of XboxMediaPlayer some months ago when there were dialy builds and decided to only posts the 'official' releases (by Complex).
Now that the xbins CVS builds are less frequent, jeff gave us the good idea to put the changelogs on the news again.
What's new/fixed in the 9 August 2003 build:
* use smaller cachesize for audio files
* fix memory leak for shoutcast
* config.xml: LED set to 5 (bios/default)
* config.xml: $HOME introduced throughout
* [ 771243 ] OGG tag's and small fixes for cddb and mp3 tags
* General Settings menu splitted; you can change page with the arrows - joy left/right trigger or RW/FFW of remote control
* spindown tweak
* various other undocumented codec related changes
Note: Don't consider CVS builds as final or fully working - use this at own risk. The latest official release is 2.4
