Pues estoy algo confuso, me ha llegado el siguiente email, y no lo comprendo muy bien:

information given for all new orders before they are processed, to assure
the protection of the credit card holder and Gamestop.com. As this is an
international order and/or your bank has refused to verify any information
on you, the only choice left is for you to fax or scan a copy of your most
recent credit card statement. The statement must show your name, address,
card number, and a purchase history. If this information is not on the
statement your order will not be processed. A copy of you credit card is NOT
acceptable. Please fax (or scan) immediately to 001-817-424-2062. If we
don't hear from you within 48 hours, your order # XXXXXXXXXXXXX will be
canceled.
