EA signs Zack Snyder for three-game dealElectronic Arts has signed up Watchmen and 300 director Zack Snyder to contribute to three new video game projects, Variety reports.
Snyder will work with EA's LA studio to produce the new titles, similar to the way the firm is working with Spielberg, who it signed up in 2005. Their first game, Boom Blox, was released earlier this year.
EA will own the IP, but the deal also allows for the properties to be turned into films under Snyder's Cruel & Unusual Films company.
"Zack Snyder has a fresh and bold creative style that resonates with our core audience," EA Games label president Frank Gibeau said in a statement.
