Taxi Bike
In Arcade or Original mode press and hold L then R Then let go of L and then R Repeat only the second time let go of them at the same time
Another Day Mode

To select the bike in crazy box mode scroll to the right of Gus at the character selection screen To select the bike in arcade or original mode press Up at the character selection screen
