The thing is, that I wasn´t able to pay in any of my tries, but your workmate told me that she can't help me, because I already bought this game, which is false, as I wasn't able to end verification process and those small charges on my account, were reverted. So I need help with this issue please

Several versions = I tried to pay twice with credit card. 2 small amounts where made to verify with a code. That code verification FAILED and I wasn't charged anything and those small charges, were reverted. Also, tried to pay with Paypal, getting a 1092 error from the beginning, so it´s impossible that I have nothing. So please, check it, as I can't buy the game

and if you see 2 charges, they are of less that 1 eur, the small charge amount that verification process does to send a code. And that code verification fails, so that payment is reverted

Do I need to open some posts on reddit etc and post there all these ridiculous and false conversations so the selling company realize and other people, that you guys are preventing someone to buy the game?. I have not even 1 single copy of this game. That´s impossible and if your system works like that, that if someone tries to pay, and verification fails, that you then THINK that he actually paid, that system is working really bad. As I said, it´s impossible that you have any money from me.

the small charge amount appears on my account when I try to pay with credit card. Once I use the code that is with that small account, to try to verify on your website, and it fails, that small charge amount dissapears from my bank account. I can try again, and I will receive that small amout with the code again, but when I use it, it will dissapear
but I can do that if you want me to provide you the amount and code
as right now, I don't have that charge, as like I said before... that small amount charge, dissapears when failing verification

You receive that amount back and I don't have any charge on my account.
