Sabéis si hay alguna manera de bloquear el framerate, sin recurrir a la frecuencia de actualización ni a aplicaciones de terceros?.

Como si G-Sync no sincronizase bien algunas veces o yo que se... Esta tarde lo ojearé más a fondo...

Te aconsejaría eliminar los archivos que hay en la carpeta donde están los settings del juego (sin eliminar el propio de las settings). Eso hará que el juego los vuelva a generar al cargarse y que son recursos y temas relacionados con la API gráfica en uso...

También revisa que no te hayan cambiado las opciones gráficas sin darte cuenta tras el update...

Te aconsejaría eliminar los archivos que hay en la carpeta donde están los settings del juego (sin eliminar el propio de las settings). Eso hará que el juego los vuelva a generar al cargarse y que son recursos y temas relacionados con la API gráfica en uso...

También revisa que no te hayan cambiado las opciones gráficas sin darte cuenta tras el update...

Al menos la memoria de la grafica ya aparece bien, al menos en mi caso me detecta los 11 gb, aunque creo que mas de 5 o 6 no lo eh visto pasar

A mi el agua desde nunca me ha rascado y eso que lo tengo en alto.

De todas formas, es por las llanuras, no cerca de las lagunas y rios que dices.

Cerca de la donde pastoreas las ovejas en una de las misiones. De echo, en cada parche que lanzan voy derecho a esta zona porque se que los fps se mentienen en un rango ahi y me va super fluido.

No se... a ver esta tarde que juegue un rato....

Yo diría que me han bajado entre 5 y 10 fps el rendimiento.
No entiendo como pueden ser tan manazas, en vez de ir mejorando, empeoran.
Ya de lo de ver el juego con una imagen limpia, sin esa borrosidad y sin tener que recurrir a la chapuza del sharpening, me olvido.

Y yo que estaba esperando algunas actualizaciones para que lo terminaran de pulir para poder terminarme el juego y disfrutarlo un poco mejor y resulta que me lo debería de haber terminado antes de hoy. [facepalm]

Creo que os estáis precipitando en vuestras valoraciones sobre el parche.

Parece ser que, como siempre, el update modifica los valores gráficos que ya teniamos, por lo que tocará reconfigurar todo otra vez como minimo...

Yo he tenido tiempo de hacer el update y me he fijado que el archivo de opciones ha cambiado y ya no tengo las que tenía. No me ha dado tiempo de arrancar el juego pero ya sé que antes de nada tendré que volver a setear las opciones gráficas...

En reddit ya he leido comentarios de gente que ha recuperado la normalidad tras cambiar otra vez las opciones gráficas...
a mi de rendimiento me va igual que antes es decir bien y creo que el parche por fin a solucionado los crash al cargar el modo historia con vulkan , de momento lo he iniciado 5 veces y no ha crasheado ninguna veremos si sigue así.

Yo igual, no he notado diferencia con días atrás.

Entonces ya no tengo que borrar los dichosos 3 archivos de vulkan cada vez que quiero entrar a jugar???

Yo he mirado opción por opción y lo tengo todo exactamente igual y el benchmark me da 9 fps menos.

He borrado los archivos que me dijo Raul y parece que ya no tengo esos parpadeos.

Los ajustes gráficos no se me han tocado tengo los mismo.

Lo que he notado ahora es que cuando abres el mapa pulsando M y para hacer zoom te tiras media hora... como lo tengas con zoom a tope para ver las ciudades y quieras ponerlo grande para irte a la otra punta del mapa te tiras media hora dándole a la rueda del ratón para hacer zoom xDDD

Accessibility Improvements
Added new ‘Hold to Reel (Fishing)’ option within the Controls settings menu to improve accessibility for this minigame when using a controller. When activated, rotation of the control stick is replaced with a hold [Square / X] action.
Gameplay Improvements
To improve PvP combat in Red Dead Online, tonics and consumable items can no longer be used while Dead Eye abilities are active, while on fire, or for a short period after being damaged by another player
Added a ‘Weapon Quick Select’ system to Red Dead Online. Players can assign a weapon slot through the Weapon Wheel then tap [L1/LB/RMB] to quickly switch to that assigned weapon slot, which would have previously always switched to unarmed. Once assigned, press [L1/LB/Tab] to swap between this and your previous weapon. To holster your weapon with Quick Select assigned double tap [L1/LB/Tab] or select Unarmed from the Weapon Wheel.
While playing Red Dead Online, you are now less likely to ragdoll or fall off your horse during a rough landing or when impacting something

ACTUALIZO: Lo he probado en la tele en vez de en el monitor, y vuelve a darme lo de siempre el benchmark. Parece que han roto algo relativo al gsync y empeora el rendimiento en pantallas compatibles con la tecnología.

Edit: ufff, pero jugando me va bastante peor que antes. Mucho stuttering y la gráfica mucho más al límite que antes.

Edit2: vale me acabo de dar cuenta de que lo que va mal es el modo online. En st dennis petardea sin motivo alguno. El modo historia va perfectamente.

He detectado que algunas opciones gráficas habían cambiado respecto a cómo lo tenía y he eliminado los archivos de VULKAN antes de cargar el juego...

No he conseguido aun hacerlo andar con Steam Link y jugar en la TV

He estado dandole como 2h esta tarde y despues de borrar lo que me dijo @RaulKO efectivamente me va como antes.

Por otro lado, otra cosa que me he dado cuenta es que en el modo historia cuando estas montado a caballo parado o estás de pie sin moverte si tienes arboles a lo lejos y montañas se ven perfectos, super definido todo. En cuanto trotas o corres con el caballo (o a pie) se pone borroso lo lejano. En cuanto frenas y paras automáticamente lo lejano vuelve a definirse y estar nítido.

Probadlo en algún sitio que veáis las montañas a lo lejos y que haya árboles, como por la zona de Valentine o el primer campamento.

A alguien más le pasa eso? No se si antes me pasaba tambien, el caso es que me he dado cuenta ahora.

He probado tu configuración intercalando VULKAN por DIRECTX12 sin encontrar resultados.

Tengo un i5-6600 , 16GB RAM, GeForce GTX 1060 6GB. conectado todo a una TV de 48''.

Llevo desde ayer configurando RDR2 y no encuentro la fórmula.

@filipoleon En la página anterior he puesto la configuración que yo uso para una GTX 1080.
Un nuevo problema me ha ocurrido , actualizo el juego y cuando entro veo que la imagen se queda oscura sin brillo alguno ... tengo que reiniciar el pc para que la imagen vuelva a la normalidad.

tengo ahora mismo una rx 5700 xt he reinstalado drivers con ddu por si las moscas, borrado la carpeta de settings del juego y nada de nada...

Descarto problemas con hardware porque todos los juegos los he probado y me funcionan correctamente.

Que paranoia mas rara carajo

Voy a probar a tirar atras com los drivers anteriores a ver que ocurre

¿Es necesario tocar el panel de Nvidia como comentábais @Raulko y tú??

Yo toco el panel de Nvidia en absolutamente todos los juegos de PC mínimamente exigentes, y es un paso obligado si queremos sacar el maximo partido de la potencia de nuestra GPU...

En el caso del RDR2, desde el panel de Nvidia yo he activado:

- Triple Búfer: Mayor estabilidad y fluidez en el frame rate. Aunque no tengo claro si quitarlo es mejor o no.
- Vsync: Dejar la opción en el juego desactivada y activar la del panel, parece que es algo más estable.
- Low Latency Mode: Disminuye el tiempo de respuesta.
- Maximo rendimiento: Hace que la gráfica trabaje siempre a su maximo potencial cuando hay carga de trabajo.
- Gsync: Si el monitor es compatible, hace que la velocidad de refresco del mismo coincida con la del juego, maximizando la sensación de fluidez incluso cuando hay caidas leves de fps.

Para mi la clave ha sido el Vsync y Gsync, desde que los he activado desde el panel el juego es la crema...
el triple buffer del panel de control nvidia solo funciona con OpenGL , pero en este juego puedes activar el triple bufer en la opciones de video
Yo el triple buffer o tengo desactivado en el juego y en el panel de nvidia
A nadie con 5700 xt y el parche le trastoca el brillo del juego?
A mi la actu no me ha tocado ningún setting.

Y los ajustes gráficos que tengo son los clásicos que habéis puesto, ultra alto, niebla cercana en bajo, agua medio etc...se ve de escandalo

Ten cuenta que es para una GTX 1080 que es bastante más potente que la 1060, por lo que tendrás que bajar más la configuración si pretendes conseguir 60 frames.

Y en cuanto al panel de Nvidia, lo único que tengo es el Image Sharpening con el Sharpen a 60 y el ignore film grain en 0 para darle nitidez.
Si alguien sabe una solución para que el online vaya bien de fps que lo ponga. Que lo único que estaba haciendo últimamente era jugar al online y ya no puedo ni eso.

He estado jugando sin problemas estos dias a 1080p 60fps sin bajones ni nada extraño

y ha sido actualizar el juego y la madre de dios me está rascando los fps continuamente!! pero que ha pasado?

esto es normal ? van a solucionar esto?


si esto ha sido a raiz de la actualización dejaré de jugar porque me ha puesto de muy mal humor, con lo fluido que me iba.

Ve a Documentos a la carpeta de Rockstar Games, Red Dead Redemption 2 y en la carpeta Settings borra todo excepto lo de system.xml
