Este año se me ha ido completamente la pinza con el hilo y lo tenía abandonado. Por suerte, sí que he ido anotando los juegos pasados, por lo que los iré poniendo poco a poco estos días. También estoy aprovechando a releer las páginas anteriores que siempre se ven opiniones y recomendaciones muy interesantes.

Fractured Minds

Poco que decir del juego más allá de que me ha resultado una decepción. Técnicamente muy limitado. Ídem en jugabilidad. Quizás lo único reseñable es el mensaje que transmite, pero tampoco me ha calado muy hondo. Un juego olvidable para mi gusto.

Kingdom Hearts 3

Una de las mayores decepciones de los últimos años. Me gusta (o gustaba) la franquicia, pero es que este juego me ha parecido un sinsentido por todas partes. Muchos efectos y muy espectacular todo, pero flojea en la dificultad y la historia no hay por donde cogerla por momentos. No es un mal juego ni mucho menos, pero me esperaba más del cierre tras los años de desarrollo. Algunos mundos que conste que son increíbles y sólo por eso merece la pena.

Yakuza Zero

Primer contacto con la saga y primera relación de amor-odio. Me ha gustado mucho la ambientación y la historia, ya que el argumento y el mundo creado ya le gustaría a muchas series y películas. Sin embargo, me dejó frío en lo jugable y eso hizo que por el momento no decidiese continuar con la saga. Tengo en el punto de mira el Like a Dragon ya que los combates por turnos me gustan.

Como Shenmue pero bien hecho

En serio, que pasote de juego. Tiene alguna cosa negativa como que los combates no me acaban de gustar y su cámara es regulera.
Pero la historia principal es una pasada, sufres y te implicas con los personajes, y hay secundarias que están entre las mejores que he jugado jamás. Es japón de los 80 en estado puro, tiene su drama, acción, pero luego las situaciones cómicas y absolutamente bizarras (supongo que ofensivas para quién no se lo sepa tomar con humor).

Las misiones de los negocios también molan, sobretodo el cabaret de Majima.

Y por cierto Majima y el Mr Libido de su ciudad son algunos de los personajes que más me han gustado en un videojuego, Kiryu me ha parecido un sosainas. La música también está bastante bien, es variada, y los karaokes y bailes aunque son difíciles al principio, les pillas el truco y dan lugar a animaciones bastante curiosas.

Me ha mantenido atrapado 90 horas y 2 meses, aunque solo me he hecho el 83%, dejando algún minijuego, pero me he hecho todas las subhistorias y negocios. Este juego te engancha recompensandote con puntos CP que se obtienen al realizar determinadas acciones y que te permiten comprar mejoras varias. Además está el tema del dinero, que si quieres mejorar todas la habilidad tendrás que farmearlo bastante o aprovechar el exploit con unos personajes del mapa.

En fin, no había tocado aun la saga, pero creo que este juego es imprescindible para todo al que le gusten las frikadas japonesas en su máximo nivel.

Pues a ver, Crash 4 me ha gustado, pero sin más. Me parece un juego con un diseño infinitamente inferior a los juegos de Naughty Dog. ¿Por qué? Porque abusan de las trampas típicas para alargarte el juego de forma completamente artificial.

En Crash 1-3, casi todo te lo veías venir, y por habilidad pura y dura lo sacabas todo si eras bueno (mención especial al puente en el cual algunos se podían llevar días y a otros no costarle nada). Pero es que en Crash 4 no es así, es un ensayo y error constante, y odio eso en los juegos. Aun así, he de decir que no me ha terminado de disgustar, pero me parece inferior sin ninguna duda. No sé si lo platinaré algún día (el que tengo es de un colega, cuando lo compre lo mismo me animo), porque veo que hay ciertas cosas que me echan para atrás, pero bueno.

Respecto a Little Nightmares 1 y 2, he platinado ambos. Little Nightmares lo tenía gratis en PC (Steam) y al final he comprado el Complete Edition para PS4 porque esta gente merecía que me gastara el dinero en ellos. Me parecen unas auténticas obras maestras. Al 1 como tal no lo puse como obra maestra porque me parecía corto, pero sumándole el DLC (que me parece BUENÍSIMO), me parecen una obra maestra ambos. Es coger la esencia "Limbo/Inside" y llevarla, para mí, a un nuevo nivel. Por desgracia, he leído que no quieren seguir con la saga pero que lo mismo se la endiñan a otro estudio los de Bandai Namco. Habrá que ver si ese otro estudio es capaz de alcanzar tal excelencia jugable, sonora, artística y de ambientación.

Primera vez que juego a la segunda entrega de Silent Hill , y que puedo decir, me ha parecido un auténtico juegazo, todo en este juego me ha parecido perfecto.

En unos meses iré a por la tercera entrega , y colleja para mi por haber dejado de lado esta saga durante tantos años.

En Perfect Dark está la versión remasterizada de Xbox 360.
En cuanto a la PS2, para mí fue una gran consola. Me gustó mucho su catálogo de juegos.

Juego más que interesante esta aventura de 2017 con tintes de terror. No siendo fan de este género, lo he disfrutado ayudado entiendo por su corta duración (5-6 horas). Estupendo apartado artístico y la pequeña heroína que se gana el cariño superando adversidades y situaciones grotescas. En mi opinión, algunos problemas de ritmo ensombrece un título disfrutable y que refresca el panorama de plataformas.

Pues a ver...esperaba bastante más. La historia tiene su punto pero a nivel técnico tiene bastantes carencias, hay momentos que los personajes no me han transmitido más que pesar o aburrimiento. El final eso si es una voladura de cabeza o tomadura de pelo según lo quieras ver [+risas]

Me ha gustado menos que el primero, pero sigue siendo un juegazo.

Ahora estoy dándole a Blair Witch y ese, personalmente, me está pareciendo malillo, la verdad. La primera hora es un suplicio, de lo más aburrido que he jugado nunca, y después mejora pero tampoco para compensar, pues nunca llega a ser realmente un buen juego a mi parecer. Pero bueno, tras ese sólo me faltaría Observer y terminar The Medium que lo dejé muy adelantado (80% o así) pero me daba pereza y se me acabó el GamePass antes de terminarlo xD

Por lo que recuerdo muy en la línea del primero, pero más corto. Me ha gustado bastante porque los puzzles son muy lógicos y casi no me he quedado atascado. Como en el 1 creo que tiene problemas en algunos fx de sonido que no se escuchan (no sé si pasaría lo mismo en la copia original o es un problema de los remasters). A nivel visual a también ha envejecido muy bien. Muy recomendado si se te hacen difíciles las aventuras gráficas de antaño, este es más accesible.

Me hice con él a muy buen precio con idea de variar mi catalogo en Switch y ha sido una grata sorpresa a pesar de los lógicos recortes gráficos que en nada afectan al gameplay (al menos para mi).

Curioso shooter en 3era persona del que había oído hablar muy bien desde hacía años. Me tiraba bastante para atrás su aspecto gráfico, en ese sentido no ha envejecido nada bien, todo se ve muy amarronado.
Sin embargo a nivel jugable es muy disfrutable, aunque no inventa la rueda de los shooters. Tiene un sistema de destrucción de entorno bastante avanzado para su época, y la dificultad en nivel normal es desafiante. Eso sí, es un juego muy corto (me lo he pasado en menos de 7h muriendo bastante), y las mecánicas de los niveles están bastante recicladas.
Destaca también el humor británico (?¿) de las cinemáticas.

Ya desde su primer anuncio me dejó intrigado su propuesta, sabía que era un juego que me iba a gustar y no estaba equivocado. Lo que nos propone 12 minutes es un concepto muy original, que otros juegos ya han explorado (The Stanley Parable por ejemplo), pero la manera en que se ejecuta es muy eficiente. Gracias a nuestras decisiones vamos abriendo nuevas posibilidades a nuestra aventura, así como conocer mejor la historia de nuestros personajes. A diferencia de juegos como Telltale o de David Cage, aquí no importa la decisión que tomemos ya que siempre se termina reiniciando el bucle, el juego casi nos obliga a probarlo todo y ser creativos, sin miedo a "equivocarnos". Gracias a este método 12 Minutes logra engancharte al ver qué nuevos caminos has abierto en función de las decisiones tomadas. La fórmula funciona muy bien; nos mantiene enganchados en todo momento y la sensación de claustrofobia de que el juego tenga lugar en un único escenario (el apartamento) ayuda a agilizar nuestro camino, ya que hace que conozcamos perfectamente el entorno y objetos, ayudando a que sea fácil hilar cosas a medida que avanza la historia. El juego podría considerarse una mezcla de Her, The Stanley Parable, PT (Playable Teaser) y cualquier aventura gráfica de los 90 estilo Grim Fandango. Lo único que no me ha convencido del juego son algunas pequeñas incoherencias en su guión, las cuales no mencionaré porque este juego merece ser jugado sabiendo lo mínimo sobre él. Sin duda uno de los juegos más originales que han salido en los últimos años, sin reinventar la rueda su concepto logra sentirse fresco. ¡Altamente recomendado!

- The Ascent (GPD Win Max): 6. Me ha dado muchos quebraderos de cabeza los saves de este juego, así como varios errores (quizás más de problemas de intel). No me ha gustado tanto como me esperaba, quizás culpa mía por las expectativas.
- Cloudpunk (GPD Win Max): 6,5. Me esperaba un Crazy Taxi futurista y es lo que es. No me gustan los crazy taxi (reptitivos a más no poder) y este no me ha gustado.

Pues muy guapo, a nivel técnico es una pasada y marca bastante el salto generacional, lo cual es de agradecer. Historia pues ya sabes, nada espectacular, pero si lo veo algo más variado que el de PS4 así que bien. A nivel de gunplay pues también muy chulo. Nada que objetar! A ver si le saco el platino que me quedan 3 o así

Continúo actualizando con retraso en un inicio de año muy marcado por Series X y con unas muy buenas expansiones que bien merecen que las trate como juegos propios.

The Touryst (Series X)

Un juego muy fresco y agradable de jugar. Y más en invierno. Una aventura de puzzles ambientadas en unas islas bastante vistosas y con ciertos toques de humor. Es un indie corto, pero muy disfrutable.

Forza Horizon 4: Isla de la fortuna & Lego (Series X)

De forma general, no suelo jugar nunca a juegos de conducción. FH4 ha conseguido hacerme fan de la saga y que el nuevo FH5 sea uno de mis juegos más esperados. Al pasar la aventura principal me quedé con ganas de más y me lancé a por ambos DLCs. He de decir que ha sido todo un acierto. Ojalá siempre nos encontrásemos con expansiones de este nivel.

La isla de la fortuna es un claro ejemplo de más y mejor. Nuevos retos, paisajes y efectos climáticos espectaculares y un montón de nuevas carreras, donde se encuentran algunas de mis favoritas. En el caso de Lego, simplemente con ser Lego me tenía ganado. La región es muy variada y bonita, añadiendo en esta ocasión una variante de retos completamente nueva y bastante larga y difícil de completar. La única pega es que esperaba más coches de Lego.

Gears 5: Machacacolmenas (Series X)

Este es un caso curioso, pero me dejó mejor sensación la expansión que el propio juego. Es breve, pero tan concentrado que tiene un ritmo fantástico. Lo he sentido más Gears que nunca.

Otro indie que tenía pendiente desde hace mucho, no sabía mucho de él, aunque antes de jugar me enteré que tenía bastantes influencias de Silent Hill. Por lo poco que he jugado a SH, sí que se nota esa influencia, aunque pasé bastante más miedo con el primer SH que con este Lone Survivor.
Se nota que es un indie con unos años ya, la jugabilidad me ha parecido un poco tosca, el no tener indicadores para el estado del personaje y que el juego te limite la manera de jugar mucho para conseguir otro final no me ha convencido mucho.
A pesar de todo el juego está bien, tiene muchas cosas que hay que investigar para poder obtener recursos, etc.

Supongo que te refieres a 12 minutes no? Unas 5-6 horas, eso sí, para sacar el final final he tenido que mirar guía, échale que si eres un true macho lo sacas en quizás una hora más?
