This is a quick update regarding Holds.
We will be discontinuing hold orders as of December 31st. Please note that we've set the Hold St address as invalid starting January 1st. Any orders placed using that address will be automatically canceled by the system.
All of your currently held items will be set to ship using the Shipping Address on your first order of 2019.
I've included some information regarding the new process for combining orders.
When?
Going forward (starting the 1st), orders can be combined for an extended period of time regardless of release date. Those windows will be divided into six "seasons".
Season 1: January, February
Season 2: March, April
Season 3: May, June
Season 4: July, August,
Season 5: September, October
Season 6: November, December
The only exception to this will be Inventory clear out sales. Any combine requests for those will need to be submitted within 48 hours of the sale ending. Since those items are on hand, we will need to begin the shipping process ASAP.

You will submit your Original order and any additional orders you'd like to have combined in. Those orders will each receive a refund for the shipping cost paid minus the $3 combines fee. The very first time you combine your order for each Season, you will receive a new order number. All subsequent orders will be merged into the first and then show as "canceled". Once a season has ended, no further combine requests can be made for any of those titles. Your combined order will then automatically ship out as soon as all items are available. If all of the items in your order become available before the end of the season, they will automatically ship out at that time (ex. I combined two orders in January, those items completed manufacturing the end of February and are ready to ship out. No subsequent orders have been combined with the ones I made in January, so all of the items in my order are on hand and ready to ship. My combined order will ship out at the same time as non-combined orders containing those items). "
