The purchase of the Xbox division by Amazon is something I’ll take with a sizable pinch of salt. It’s true that there have been insistent rumors lately from prominent insider and press sources on a possible spin-off of the Xbox One division, but it definitely generates profits at the moment. Wedbush Morgan analyst Michael Pachter defined the possibility “dumb and dumber.” We’ll have to wait and see who will be proven right in the end.
