Si, todos los que lo hemos instalado con un serial "sospechoso" hemos tenido el mismo problema.
He aqui la solucion, deberas descomprimir el ejecutable y:
the update won't install if ur key is blacklisted. i've found a good way to fool the check, at betanews.com: Edit the "setup.ins" file with a hex editor. (search download.com, or if you're fancy use "vi" or "vim", there are windows version too). Search for your serial in the file, and if found just transpose 2 digits. eg, 1045 -> 1054. Save (as binary) and enjoy. and that works !! but i don't know why when i change 1045 to 1046 (one digit change), the install says that files are corrupted.
