"MSI EK Seahawk 2080 Cleaning.
Hi all I have just taken apart my 2080 Seahawk from MSI.
If you need to take apart your EK card then contact EK and they will send out a free set of decals for the card. You do not need to take of the decal on the inlet and outlet port.
You will need a hot hairdryer and a suitable glue remover for the acrylic card. All the screws are under the dragon for the metal plate to be taken off. You will then need to remove the black screws from the left on the face of the block and the two retaining screws on the top to remove the inlet and outlet shroud.
Then turn the card over and remove the small screws on the base plate. You can part the acrylic front plate from the card and clean it. Watch the thermal pads as they will pull away from the block however you can either replace them. I would! or leave the thermal pads in situ. Then peel the new stickers follow the lines and it looks brand new after reassembly."
