Según ha mencionado en discord, ppsspp aún no usa vulkan, tiene que recompilar el software para que tenga la opción, pero aún así el rendimiento de todo el dispositivo ha mejorado, por lo que imagino que con vulkan seleccionado irá incluso mejor.

Hay un reposito del firmware, los juegos no me interesan, les meto los mios en Español o ingles.
Si no hay pagina de descarga del sistema operativo....Si le meto una tarjeta sd, sin nada arrancara el s.o..?

Depende del juego, Hay juegos que sin frameskip y a 2x van muy bien y otros tienes que poner a 1x y frameskip. Después están los casos raros como la versión de god of wars usa que va estupendamente y esa misma versión pero europea que no hay manera de que suba de 20 fps ...
