Compre el mando nuevo que salio para la 360 en marzo y ayer, aun no se como , salto la cruceta cuando la gire para jugar al FIFA, de tal manera que no hay manera de volver a ponerla (esta rota por el centro)
El caso es que les he mandado un correo a Amazon UK explicandoles el tema y adjuntandoles una foto del mando para que vieran el estropicio. Al rato me han contestado lo siguiente:

Entiendo aqui que me van a mandar otro mando nuevo sin coste alguno. Y efectivamente, voy a ver los pedidos abiertos en Amazon y veo que tienen pendiente de enviarmelo. Hasta aqui, todo perfecto.

Me piden que les devuelva el mando y que despues se haran cargo de los costes de envio, pero el tema es que yo pague con una tarjeta virtual y claro esta, ya no existe. ¿Cómo van a devolverme el dinero? Además dicen que sino se lo mando se guardan el derecho a cobrarmelo, pero ¿como? si esa tarjeta virtual como dije antes ya no existe ( y que conste que no es esta mi intención). ¿Podría hacer el envio a portes debidos?
En fin, a ver si alguien que haya pasado por esto me puede echar una mano
