With just less than a week away for the release date of Demon Gaze, on April 22nd, we would like to take a moment to ask for you to check on your shipping and billing information since we know that mistakes can happen. It is very important to us that you receive your shipment as quickly and easily as possible.
You can check on this information by accessing your order history through the "MY ACCOUNT" page of our Online Store. If you did not set up a permanent customer account with us, then please check the e-mail confirmation that was sent to your personal inbox after your order was placed.
Since we are still experiencing a high amount of support cases, all address-related problems should be submitted to storesupport@nisamerica.com with "Demon Gaze Address Update" as the subject line. This will help minimize the time required for us to implement any requested updates.
We will begin billing all orders on Wednesday, April 16th, however since this process takes time, your order may not be billed until later in the evening of the 17th. For any orders that are unable to be billed during this time, we will be contacting each customer about the payment issue to make sure they are aware of the situation.
