Forza the wheel... on the way with Force feedback author: OH to 14.04.2005 Oh... the Community thirsts for News over Forza, but we stretch you still another little up to our large Special on the torture. We have now for approx. 3 weeks the new Fanatec Speedster Forceshock in the editorship (as pilot lot model), which us already so some minute bound again to an older Racer. For a long time the XBOX municipality had to wait now for this steering wheel. We reported already in September last yearly on it.
The release date of the Fanatec Speedster 3 ForceShock XBOX is not coincidentally selected together with Forza engine haven. From direct source we experienced, which it as Bundle to 149, - € with Forza of engine haven (price per unit UVP 129, - €) in the middle of May to appear is. The Wheel... The basic form of the steering wheel is maintained (PS2 Speedster 3 ForceShock version). It was adapted only in the Button layout and the function allocation somewhat changed and/or on the XBOX. One sits once behind the Wheel feels one in such a way as if one would have never steered a Racer differently. An in or a Umgewoehnungsphase is quasi missing. The guidance behavior is extremely precise and so can one the given ideal line (Forza innovation) also very good keep. If one is pressed by the opponent, one can correct or against-steer in the case of the collision very fast. Gas and brake are very good to proportion (similar). That is also very important, because cannot control otherwise without the driving assistance (ABS - anti-slip) nothing at all for it.
The shift levers at the steering wheel, with which one normally serves the semiautomatic transmission, are likewise similarly laid out and can function therefore also well as gas and brake.
In the Wheel are several engines to course, which do not only process Force feedback of signals, but also vibration effects to the driver pass on. Light and shade the interaction of Forza and the Fanatec Speedster 3 ForceShock are remarkable. The attitudes were thought out over weeks in the Teststudio of the Forza developers. With the Wheel faster round times were obtained, than with each Gamepad. The FF signal is processed cleanly and set free suitably the situation. Thus edgings, collisions and different undergrounds affect themselves actually noticeably. Unfortunately one has to realize fast round times with this Preset attitudes more value on it put, because with a material direct steering element the whole does not have to do anything. It steers itself very exactly, but to work or even sweat one does not have at the steering wheel.
It partly seems to me in such a way as if one would have built a power steering into to 700 HP a sports car. For our feeling the guidance behavior is much too low-friction. We would have expected more dynamics at least in the curves. Fortunately the steering wheel gives to adapt the possibility some parameters individually, so that one can increase the personally felt degree at realism. Muscular strain is gotten however none. There it recommends rather again some rounds on the Kart in resounds oneself abzuspulen. So much for today... to shortly with the large Forza Special!!

Si lo vendieran con Baquet de ese o como se llame (el asiento vamos), también pensaria en comprarlo, kizas no para ahora porke no tengo sitio, pero en mi futuro pisito pienso dejar una habitacion solo para la xbox jejeje.
