Square Enix registra Final Fantasy XIII-3Final Fantasy XIII-2 may not be the end of the Final Fantasy XIII saga. Square Enix registered a domain name this Wednesday, September 7 for a potential Final Fantasy XIII-3.
Square registered FinalFantasyXIII-3.com through their regular domain service, Corporation Service Company, whom they also used to register the domains HeroesOfRuin.com and DeusEx.com.
Additionally, on August 30, Square Enix refiled the trademark for Final Fantasy Versus XIII, which might indicate its name remaining unchanged despite its long development time and loss of consumer attention (for now). Final Fantasy Type-0, out October in Japan, was once called Final Fantasy Agito XIII. Square Enix announced its current name during a press conference in January this year.

GematsuDetalles y screens filtradas del reboot de SyndicateThe oft-rumored EA and Starbreeze Syndicate reboot is real. A product page, including a description and set of screenshots, were put up on the EA Origin store tonight, but were quickly removed. Though not before the internet could grab a hold of it!
EA and Starbreeze are turning the classic real-time tactical franchise into a “unique action shooter” set in a 2069 where “Business is War.” Here’s its description, as seen on the Origin store before it was taken down:
Syndicate is the re-imagination of a cult classic franchise from 1993 – a unique action shooter set in a not too distant future, where Business is War.
2069 – No longer governed by politicians, the developed world is divided up into regions controlled by megacorporations known as Syndicates. These Syndicates have revolutionized how the consumer interacts with the digital world. No longer does the consumer require a device to access the world¡¦s data and control their technology, they can do this at the blink of an eye via neural chip implant. Civilians flocked to be ¡§chip¡¦d¡¨ and enjoy all that their selected Syndicate has to offer; housing, medical, banking, insurance, education, entertainment and jobs. One complete package. One complete lifestyle. In return, the Syndicates gained unprecedented insights, and control, over the individual and their behaviour. With little governmental oversight, business has become war. The Syndicates will stop at nothing for ultimate market dominance. At the front line of this war are the Agents, the Syndicate¡¦s bio-engineered and chip-augmented enforcers. They can breach anything in the wired world including their enemies, their weapons and the environment that surrounds them, making them the most efficient and deadly technological weapons in the world.
Take on the role of Miles Kilo, Eurocorp¡¦s latest prototype agent, and embark on a brutal action adventure of corruption and revenge.
Chip Enhanced Gameplay: Slow down time, see through walls, and breach your enemy and everything digital in the world with Dart vision – A neural DART6 chip implant that allows you to interface directly with the Dataverse.

CD Projekt: The Witcher 2 es el comienzo de cosas más grandes ¿Witcher 3?CD Projekt Red are open to the possibility of a third installment in The Witcher series, which considering how popular the franchise is, it’s no wonder.
Speaking in an interview with The-Witcher.de (via Gamepur), the firm’s Jan Bartkowicz said since the fist game left a bit of cliffhanger, and the second installment left things open-ended, a third game in the series would be the next logical step.
“Consider this example, for comparison, films like Pirates of the Caribbean, where the first [has a ]self-contained story, the later is unchangeable, but then you think, it should be a trilogy,” he said.
“So people have a problem then. The end of The Witcher 2 is the beginning of much larger events, while The Witcher [had] rather a cliffhanger ending.”
CD Projekt is currently at work on the Xbox 360 version of The Witcher 2, and according to a post over on the247arcade, the firm is also on the lookout for folks to join The Witcher team, specifically a designer for its next game with knowledge of “The Witcher lore” being “a plus.” The firm is also apparently looking for a engine programmer with “Xbox 360 experience a plus.”
CDPR has stated in the past that expansions were possible with The Witcher 2, so anything is possible at this point.
However, since the firm is hard at work on the console version, and still adding things to the PC version of Geralt’s latest adventure, don’t expect The Witcher 3 to be announced anytime soon.
