Si no entiendo mal, que el cambio de gamertag de cualquier perfil free, es decir el nombre que te dan por defecto a uno personalizado se hace correctamente, pero que cualquier cambio de gt posterior se cobrará, pero el problema es que puede que el cambio no se haga y que para ello se utilice la web.

Comoo?? Que han quitado Cortana?

Las encuestas de los hispano hablantes han tenido que ser tan malas que han desactivado a Cortana. Si algo no funciona bien es mejor pulirlo.

La aplicación Xbox Preview Dashboard ahora ni arranca con error "Algo ha ido mal - Error inesperado" solo deja cerrarla, da igual que la desinstale y vuelva a instalar.
Y le sigue costando horrores el sacar la lista de juegos y apps disponibles y las actualizaciones.
Y como no funciona XPD. no me puedo quejar

Sip. Ya lei que tenías ese problema, pero hasta esta última actu no me había pasado.
Ya se pueden poner las pilas, que hay mucho fallo extraño y ya queda por para la actu aniversario...
Tal y como está no puede salir al publico en general.
Lo único "raro" que recuerdo haber hecho desde la anterior actu es cerrar sesión con el usuario habitual y entrar con otro de zona USA que hace tiempo que no conectaba, no creo que sea por eso pero, a saber...

Sip. Ya lei que tenías ese problema, pero hasta esta última actu no me había pasado.
Ya se pueden poner las pilas, que hay mucho fallo extraño y ya queda por para la actu aniversario... Tal y como está no puede salir al publico en general.

Edito: Nada, sigue sin funcionar el XPD. He leído quejas sobre el tema en foros de M$, pero ninguna solución.
Por favor, a los que les funcione, reportad el fallo de la aplicación Xbox Preview Dashboard en algunas máquinas, tras una actualización de las 4 o 5 últimas. Desinstalar y volver a instalar no arregla nada. No tengo más datos.

Yo acabo de actualizar... además de este error, cuando me voy a "Listo para instalar" me dice que no tengo internet, y la zona de "Actualizaciones" de juego ha necesitado como 3 intentos para que entrara.

Si. La primera vez que he intentado actualizar a esta última, también me ha dado el error de conexión.
A la segunda ya ha funcionado y lo de las actualizaciones sigue tardando una barbaridad desde que lo pusieron.
La pena es que no me puedo quejar directamente desde la XO.

Me ha actualizado a medio día y error de las notificaciones ya está solucionado. De momento todo bien aunque no he podido trastear mucho.

Tengo un detalle con mi cuenta,lo explico soy usuario gold pero al momento de querer comprar cualquier juego que tiene descuento o regalan por ser gold me aparece con el precio normal.......
Puedo jugar en linea y me siguen funcionando los juegos Games with Gold y cuando le doy administrar mi cuenta si me aparece que soy gold y que esta activa mi suscripción,donde si puedo comprar con mi descuento por ser gold es solo en la pc pero en mi xbox one no,les agradeceria que me orientaran por favor....y no comparto cuenta con nadie

Menos mal que veo aue no soy el unico jejejejeje es lo que tiene el tema del Preview...me parece que al final me dare de baja porque pocas ventajas le veo y cada vez hay mas errores que bloquean la consola...

Yo are lo mismo no tengo tiempo para esta probando los errores,mira que llevo tiempo metido lo de preview,cuando llegue el dia 2 de agosto me dare de baja siempre y cuando que fusioné la app de la llave

prueba a limpiar la cache a la Xbox

Limpia cache y reseteo de la consola.

y otra actualizacion, van 3 seguidas en 3 dias. 409 megas

• Blu-Ray Player
When watching a video with the Blu-Ray Player, the screen may dim after a short period of inactivity.

• Movies & TV
When viewing a video in the Movies & TV app, the progress bar may fail to update when playing, rewinding, or fast forwarding.

• Profile
• Users are able to select their own Gamertag at no charge once per account. After this you will be charged for future Gamertag changes. In the current update, any free Gamertag changes will complete successfully. Attempting to purchase a Gamertag change will charge your account, but will not change your Gamertag. Please avoid purchasing a Gamertag change on Xbox One at this time. To successfully change your Gamertag, visit https://account.xbox.com/ChangeGamertag.
• When selecting “Add new” to add a new profile, the add profile interface may take up to 30 seconds to appear.

• Cortana
When using a language Cortana does not support, you may still see references to Cortana in text.

• Pins
If you have pins on your Home to movies, TV shows, or music, they will disappear from Home when that app takes its new app update. The pins for the apps will stay on your Home, easy to get to.

• My Games & Apps
You may encounter an error when attempting to load Ready to Install with a large number of digital games and apps.

• Community Calendar
Links to the Store in Community Calendar event details do not currently function.

Bueno, pues con la actu de hoy otro que se suma al error al iniciar la app Xbox preview dashboard, hasta hoy me iba todo bien excepto errores puntuales de la tienda.

Igual nos deshabilitan la XPD para que no les enviemos mas los fallos que encontramos porque se saturan.
Creo que son ya unas 6 actualizaciones desde que a gente de este foro le empezó a fallar la aplicación.
A mi me fallo, hace ya 3 actualizaciones (creo que fue la del 7 de julio que me tardó en llegar).
Me voy a poner la nueva, a ver que sucede.

A mi tampoco me funciona la App del Preview... a ver si con esta última actualización, que si salió esta noche no la tengo todavia...

Yo llevo también al menos desde inicios de semana con la app sin funcionar. Esta tarde a probar con la nueva actualización.

La APP de momento no funciona y está en el foro oficial MAS que reportado por mucha gente, paciencia.

Me funcionaba bien la app preview con las dos últimas actus que os estaban dando problemas a algunos, pues bien, con esta última me da error. Genial.

Lo mismo me ha pasado, toca esperar que se solucione en la próxima actualización.

Otro que se suma al error de la app preview y no tenia ningun problema hasta esta actualizacion de hoy.

Reportado ya encontré que está en M$, pero no dan ninguna solución o no vi ninguna entonces y se supone que debería ser prioritario el que funcione la aplicación para poder recibir los reportes de lo que va mal o queda por pulir.
El 2 de Agosto se acerca, tic,tac...

Este es un hilo en el foro oficial de Microsoft lleno de quejas de que no funciona la APP, es cuestión de tiempo, a ver si esta noche sacan otra update por ejemplo.

Por eso decía que está mas que reportado ya.

cuando le falla a mucha gente es cuando arreglan, pero en mi caso que me fallo de la semana pasada pasaron del tema
