Le he escrito un correo de queja a amazon.de por el retraso de la fecha de entrega del 5-10 al 25 de julio y me han respondido esto:

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
As an act of apology for this unexpected delay in delivery of your order, I have immediately issued a full refund in the amount of EUR 9.53 to your original payment method for the delivery charge so delivery will be for free.
The refund will become visible in 1-3 business days.
However, if you do not want to wait this long we can always ask the carrier to return the order to us and refund the rest of the amount, just inform us should you decide to have this done.
Thank you very much for your cooperation, patience and understanding in this matter, we highly appreciate it.
