Last night was the first time we went beyond the US and the traffic completely kicked our ass, frustrating many who were trying to get on the site. We're going to COMPLETELY change how we do prize redemption in Nov, beginning with a Z-list-only... redemption-- followed by a far calmer way for all members to redeem in PTZ Place. Finally, the final prize post for today will still be 1pm.

There are only 15,000 or so Z-listers. Then we'll do a new way to do the general redemption. We are listening to you and want to build it right. That's why we're in Beta---to stub our toe, learn and invent better ways to make HUGE groups of people happy.
The invite queue is VERY long (more than 300,000 invites) from members trying to earn last minute PTZ. Delay in delivery was 2-3 days but is now down to 24 hours. Hoping that this goes quickly over next 24 hours to push things through.
We have not worked on ANY of the display errors during the redemption period as it's been all hands on effort to keep the site up with millions trying to get on over last 24 hours. We'll turn our attention to his over the weekend. Thanks.
Again, we only have 15,000 legit Z-listers right now. We don't count anyone who has created fake email as a legit Z-lister. The plan above is for Z-list to be followed by a NEW way/calmer way of doing PTZ redemption in future for WHOLE membership which is now well over 1.5mm members in 185 countries.
Double PTZ are being doled out in small batches so not to cause too much stress on the database during such high loads. We had to stop doing them for a 24 hour period to avoid any extra stress on site. We'll resume over weekend. You will get them

So far, 277267 people answered (13 de octubre).
