But why I can access an account and the other not? Furthermore, in the direction of twitter say nothing of having access problems. Only one tweet 16 hours of slow page, nothing more.

Unfortunately I cannot answer this question right now. As we have received many reports of this issue, we have raised it with the Studio. We need to wait for their input before we can resolve this i'm afraid. Please can you confirm your account name so I can double check everything from our end?
