It may not give much details to you, but basically it means the game is
in your country, waiting to pass customs. This is due to Xmas overload.
Many people are in same case and got their games.
Note1: A parcel is considered lost after 45days + 2 weeks for xmas,
total 60 days without tracking update.
Note2: Usually, the local post office will have no sign of the parcel
until it has passed customs.
Note3: If the parcel has "failed delivery status", you have 7 days to
contact your local post office, else it will bounce back to sender.
Then we will have to wait to receive your game, inspect it,
and ship again after having contacted you, no worries.
