NOMBRE Y APELLIDOS and I'm one of your customers. In early January I preordered the game Devil May Cry 4 Collectors Edition XBOX360 from yours. According to my account on play.com and my bank statement, you posted it on February the 6th. So that same day you collected the money out from my credit card, according to the terms and conditions I agreed when I signed in.
After waiting for more than 15 days after you sent my item. I phoned your customer care and the lady I spoke with told me you have never posted my game due to technical reasons and it would be sent by Wednesday the 20th. So you have taken my money, but have not sent my game.
Why? Maybe you want to get me tied up to your shop? Is it that you don't want to miss my purchase? I would have cancelled my order if the game was not sent that same day, but you guys lied to me, and took my money breaking your own terms and conditions.
Furthermore, I'm a member of the most important online gamer community in Spain:
http://www.elotrolado.net. I know I'm not the only customer having this problem, at least 10 more people is exatcly in the same situation as I am. Gamers comunicate among ourselves. I can give you names and surnames of people who ordered the same game on monday 18 and got it yesterday.
I know I'm not an isolated case, and we suspect you are doing this deliberately as a commercial tactic. Spanish are not idiots, we know our rights and we know how to make them prevail on the European Community. So we are strongly thinking about doing a serious complaint about the way you manage your business.
If we didn't call we would have not known anything about this "tech problem". Nobody sent me a bloody e-mail to tell me my order was not coming out. This is definetly not serious. I have been doing preorders for years on playasia or even small shops in Honk Kong and I have never felt so frustrated before. Gosh, I preordered it in January!!
It is now february the 22nd, you have increased the price and new orders are coming out your shop propperly.
What are your purposes now? We suspect you are trying to keep us waiting for 27 days in order to avoid making a double-posting, this is not seroius guys, it is not and you know that.
It is my first purchase in your shop, and surely, it'll be the last one.
At least, I feel you owe us an explanation, a true one of what happened and when our items will be shipped.
