Yo personalmente ya lo he reclamado y la respuesta ha sido esta:
Hi,
I am sorry to hear that your order has not yet arrived.
Though we have complete confidence in our expected delivery timeframes, there are occasions where items are delayed and the delivery times advertised are not guaranteed dates for delivery.
Once an item leaves our warehouse, any further delays are beyond our control and though we regret that this delay has occurred with your order, we remain confident that delivery will be achieved shortly. We ask that you remain patient and should your item not arrive after 21 days of the original shipment date to you we invite you to please contact us again.
At this time, we will happily investigate the whereabouts of your item and resolve the matter for you quickly.
Please note that we are unable to investigate the failed delivery of your item until 21 days from despatch and therefore we kindly ask that you allow this period to elapse before contacting us for further investigation.
We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause and thank you for your patience.

Espero que no haga falta y lo tenga antes en mi poder (por cierto hoy correos ni ha venido)
