Os dejo unas impresiones de NeoGAF y un extracto de entrevista de Destructoid
Didn't get nearly enough time to explore the game, was limited to 2 20 min demos all day. (the queues were that long)
Visuals:- Beautiful. No video that you have seen online comes even close to show how buttery smooth the 60FPS makes the game look and while its no graphicial powerhouse it more than pulls its weight.
Camera:- Im going to have to agree with other impressions. It needs some work. However. The only reason for this is that it gives you too much, rather than noth enough control. Long as you can train yourself yourself to constantly re centre your camera as you are playing, you should have no problems seeing what's going on.
Combat:- IM going to echo ezekial45s thoughts... it is truely is Bayo lite. But that is actually not a knock on rising at all. Its a bonus. That reason is that while it compies alot of moves from its P* sister, It also explores things in new and exicting ways. The number one thing rising does that i haven't seen in any action game, baring the cutting mechanic, is the way the analog stick creates modifiers for combos. Im not just talking about what direction you push, it felt that like the whole game was geared towards using the analog sticks way more than you normally word in this type of game. The drawback of this is that there is a learning curve and many people will initially play very badly, as you have seen on some of these recent videos.; But once you get it, oh shit you really get it.
Blocking/parrying:- As many have guessed. The Blocik and parry have different timing windows. Too late or early, you just get a nomal block, time it perfectly and you get a parry and a pushback. What makes this interesting is there is no traditional block button, but rather, to block you push forward and weak/straight attack (same as DmC) so yes, you can parry mid-combo, but i don't recall if it caused a dodge offset continuation or not. Sorry.
Ninja run:- In this build the ninja run seemed independent of the battery meter, I could hold down the button and run faster thoughout my fights. pressing heavy/wide (Triangle) would cause raiden to slide which then set up the overhead cut, pressing square would cause him to fail his sword about as he ran deflecting bullets. There also seemed to be a dodge cancel that you could do with the ninja run, but I could only get it out sporadically and without locking on it is not very useful.
Metal gear fans :- While some of you will never get on board with this game, id like you to know one thing. This still felt very much metal gear. Running in foolhardy will get your ass killed no matter how good you are. This isn't like DMC or bayo where once your skill is up, no one can touch you. Sometimes it is alot smarter to just sneak around enemies rather than taking them on head on. Raiden is no snake that's for sure, but yes, there is some element of stealth left in the game.
My final thoughts:- Rising is going to be a very polarising title. It requires alot of effort to understand fully, but it seems to hint on alot of high level mechanics once you get there. If your buying this game just to slice stuff up and and look cool your not gonna last long and you will get frustrated quite early. Stick with it though, because it felt like a title that will please you the more time you put into it.
sorry, I can't go into more detail, i just didn't have enough time with the game to fully explore what it was about.
http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread. ... st42643257Entrevista:
"The Doktor is a key person," Yuji Korekado, producer at Kojima Productions, told me. "Throughout the game, if you cut the left hand and take it back to the Doktor, he'll buy it off of you. What happens is he uses those as collectibles as well as items used for trade. So the Doktor -- as the mad scientist -- wants more information about cyborgs and how they interact.
"So as you bring these items back, he will upgrade Raiden, his cyborg parts, and his weapons as you trade in the points." The demo I played featured Raiden with some upgrades already, but what exactly wasn't specified.
You can also buy and use the boss weapons from the Doktor. "Throughout the game you bump into many bosses, and these bosses have very unique weapons, different kind of styles, and different attack methods. Now these weapons -- as you beat the bosses and move forward -- you can buy these weapons from the Doktor and use them as your own. This provides a new game element and aspect to the design. Each player can define their own style."

PSB: Let’s talk about gameplay progression. Does Raiden unlock new abilities and skills during missions?
PG: In Revengeance there´s a customization system where you can customize your character, which opens a lot of possibilities to gameplay. So the answer is no, you don’t have all the moves from the beginning of the game.
