buenas decir que solocione mi problema esplico cual era y como solocione por si alguiene esta igual.
el dia 12 recibi el mail que me ivitaban a la fase 3 para pc, me decia esto:

no me an mandado nada mas desde entonces. por lo que al entrar en el clinte me pedia una clave que no tenia.
(el cliente me lo descargue de un link que me paso un amigo, no se de donde bajarlo ya k borre el link)
como lo e solucionado.
entrado en mi cuenta de la 1.0
https://secure.square-enix.com/ le di a support center,
despues a contact arriba donde la carta,
get support en la siguiente pagina.
en la sigiente paguina poner:
Contact Category: Account/Billing
Contact Sub-category: Reactivation
Contact Details: Beta Test
y next
en la sigiente paguina netx de nuevo
y proceed to chat support
le explicais vuestro caso y os da la clave instan
