I understand you are receiving a lot of support request these days with the steam deck oled launch.
But please, take into account that something must be wrong in your wharehouse. Same product model ordered DAYS AFTER mine, to the same country and same city, are being shipped and delivered BEFORE mine!!!
How is that possible?? Could you please escalate this to somebody in your wharehouse?? Are they following some kind of random order to ship the products??
