Este último episodio ha sido una hora de negan diciendo estupideces y rick riéndole las gracias. Y por lo que estoy leyendo en rottentomatoes, muchos críticos opinan lo mismo:
Jeffrey Dean Morgan's villain is still just as boring, just as non-threatening as he was before. An extra-long episode that was basically just the IKEA trip from Hell doesn't really do anything to further his character.
This week's episode of The Walking Dead largely consisted of Negan beating a dead horse for 90 minutes... It was an episode that could've easily fit into the normal hour-long runtime and might have been much better for it.
All told, this was the weakest episode of the season so far by a long shot. I hope the showrunners tighten things up going forward, and give us more action, more intertwined storylines, and less Negan and his endless chatter.
Negan is annoying. Intimidating? Maybe. Threatening? I guess. But more than anything, he's annoying.
The worst thing about this scenario is that "Service" has nothing new or interesting to say. If The Walking Dead wanted to convey that Negan isn't a very nice guy, well, it's already aired two entire episodes devoted to exactly that subject.
For 85 minutes... Negan mercilessly talking poor Rick's ear off for the whole time. And that's it; no big action sequence, no surprise death, nor even a show of strength from Rick. This is The Walking Dead: the Negan monologues.
